Wafrah for Industry and Development Co.’s (Wafrah) shareholders have elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on July 4, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes Turki Bin Masoud Mahdi Al Abbas, Ibrahim Mohammed Hadi Al Daghrir, Khalid Abdulaziz Abdul Rahman Almajed, Tareq Emad Abdelelah Nasief, Saleh Hassan AlYami, Mohammed Ahmed Al Haidar and Ammar M. Al Abbadi.
