Salama Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders are set to elect board members for the upcoming three-year term on July 25, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will also vote on audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2018, as well as board report for the same period. 

 

They will also vote on discharging board members from liabilities during FY 2018, and appointing an external auditor and related party transactions, among other items on the meeting’s agenda.
