Al Jouf Agricultural Development Co. will pay cash dividend for the first half of 2019 on Aug. 20, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders of record on Aug. 4, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend.

 

Earlier this week, the company’s board recommended a 5 percent cash dividend at SAR 0.5 per share for H1 2019 amounting to SAR 10.2 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
