Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company’s board of directors has appointed Kamran Mazhar Jaafari as the new acting CEO, it said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Jaafari replaced the current CEO Abdulaziz bin Abdulkarim Alkhariji, effective Sept. 5, 2019, the statement said. 

 

Alkhariji will maintain his position as a board member and managing director of the company, it further added.
