The Capital Market Authority imposed a fine of SAR 10,000 on Development Works Food Co. for non-disclosure of financials, it said in a statement on Tuesday.

 

The company failed to disclose financial statements for the period ending Dec.31, 2018, to the authority and shareholders until April 28, 2019, it added.
