Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources aims to turn Saudi Arabia into a leading industrial power and global logistics hub in various enabling fields, with a particular focus on the fourth industrial generation, the Saudi Press Agency reported, citing minister Ibrahim Alkhorayef.

 

This step will create job opportunities for Saudi nationals, boost the Kingdom's trade balance and enhance its local content," Alkhorayef said in a speech on Saudi Arabia's 89th National Day.

 

Alkhorayef also underlined the Kingdom's continuous efforts to develop promising industries, increase the competitiveness of the industrial and mineral sectors, and achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
