SEDCO Capital REIT plans dividend for Q3 2019

SEDCO Capital REIT Fund will pay a 1.65 percent cash dividend for the third quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.165 per unit, amounting to SAR 9.9 million, the fund manager, SEDCO Capital, said in a bourse statement.
The dividend represents 1.67 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of June 30, 2019, the fund manager added.
