MIS plans 10% cash dividend for H1 2019

Al Moammar Information Systems Co.’s (MIS) board of directors has recommended a 10 percent cash dividend for the first half of 2019, at SAR 1 per share, amounting to SAR 16 million.
The planned distribution is the first dividend to be issued since the company’s listing in Tadawul on April 24, 2019, according to data compiled by Argaam.
