AlAhli REIT Fund approves feasibility study for AlAndalus Mall expansion

The board of directors of AlAhli REIT Fund (1) has decided to commence a study to see the feasibility of expanding AlAndalus Mall, fund manager NCB Capital said in a statement to Tadawul.
The expansion will include adding an external space for food and beverage in addition to a parking building to further enhance the services offered by the mall.
No material financial impact is expected on the fund from the study.
The fund will announce all further developments in this regard later.
