Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Egypt-based Fingerprint Consultancy and partners, to conduct a feasibility study on acquiring 75% of the company.

 

MIS said in a statement to Tadawul that the 6-month non-binding MoU also seeks to establish a mixed limited liability company, subject to legal and financial due diligence.

 

The MoU also involves studying the regulatory requirements in Egypt, the statement added.
