Buruj shareholders approve 10% dividend for FY 2018

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved a 10% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2018, at SAR 1 per share, during the general assembly meeting held on November 27, 2019.
Meanwhile, they approved amending bylaws related to the remunerations of the board of directors and board committees, as well as updating corporate governance.
