Ataa Educational Co. signed a Shariah-compliant bank facility of SAR 275 million with Banque Saudi Fransi, it said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.

 

The facility tenure extends for 7 years and is guaranteed by a promissory note.

 

The loan will be used to finance Ataa’s working capital and future expansion projects, the statement noted.
