King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) signed a contract worth more than SAR 38 million for construction works in the Ajdan residential project.

 

“The city is attracting demand on its residential products that cater to the need of a variety of clients,” Group CEO Ahmed Linjawy said.

 

The first phase of the project spans across 179,000 square meters and includes 542 apartments with prices starting from SAR 368,000, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
