AlAhli Takaful Co. announced the resignation of its chairman Khaled AlGalib AlSharif on March 1, 2020, it said in a bourse statement.

 

The announcement came after Al Sherfi retired from the National Commercial Bank (NCB) after 34 years of service.

 

The company said it will disclose the name of the nominated member after obtaining the supervisory authority’s approval.
