Leejam to vote on delegating board to distribute interim dividend on April 30

Leejam Sports Co.’s (Fitness Time) shareholders are set to vote on delegating the company’s board of directors to distribute interim dividend for the fiscal year 2020 on a semi-annual or a quarterly basis, during the extraordinary general meeting that will be held on April 30, 2020.
Dividend’s eligibility and payment will be determined according to the Companies Law, in line with the company’s financial position and cash flow, Leejam said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders will also vote on cash dividend distributed for FY 2019 at SAR 1.404 per share amounting to SAR 73.5 million representing 14.04% of capital.
