Saudi Aramco will supply its customers with 8.5 million barrels per day (bpd) of crude oil starting May 1, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Friday.

On April 12, OPEC, Russia and other oil producing nations agreed on Sunday to reduce output by 9.7 million barrels per day (bpd) for two months.

Under the pact, Saudi Arabia and Russia willtrim output by 2.5 million bpd, each compared to 11 million bpd.
