ANB names Thamer Al Wadey as head of audit committee

Arab National Bank’s (ANB) board of directors appointed Thamer Al Wadey as head of audit committee for the current 3-year term started on April 1, 2020, it said in a bourse statement.
The bank previously received Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority’s (SAMA) approval on restructuring the audit committee to include Thamer Al Wadey, Khaled M. Al Bawardi and Abdulaziz Abdulmohsen bin Hassan, the statement added.
