Fitaihi Holding Group will adopt electronic voting as of May 2 on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on May 5, according to a bourse filing.

 

The step followed the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty System in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus.

 

Earlier this month, the company invited its shareholders to vote on withholding dividend for the second half of 2019, during the general assembly meeting that will be held on May 5, according to data compiled by Argaam.
