Alinma Bank sold 172,212 fractional shares on April 22, 2020 at SAR 14.28 per share for a total of SAR 2.46 million, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The funds will be deposited into shareholders accounts on May 10, 2020, the statement added.

 

Last month, the bank’s shareholders approved the board's recommendation on a capital increase from SAR 15 billion to SAR 20 billion through a 1-for-3 bonus issue, Argaam reported.
