GACO shareholders reject audit committee formation

Al Gassim Investment Holding Co.’s (GACO) shareholders disapproved the audit committee formation, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on June 9.
Shareholders adjourned voting on this item to the next general meeting, according to a bourse statement.
In February, GACO’s board of directors proposed the formation of a new audit committee for the current term started on February 20, 2020.
