Sumou Real Estate Co.’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to distribute 10% cash dividend, at SAR 1 per share, for the fiscal year 2019, during the general assembly meeting held on June 30.

 

Shareholders also granted the board of directors the powers of the general assembly for 1 year or until the end of the current term, whichever is closer.
