Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), the Kingdom's central bank, is seeking public opinion on the draft regulations for the insurance products.

 

These regulations are related to promoting insurance products, obtaining SAMA's approval on products' sale or promotion in addition to enhancing the capabilities of the risk management department.

 

The public should submit their opinions within 30 days as of July 9, 2020.
