The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposits today, August 20, Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s subscribed securities into the accounts of eligible securities’ holders, according to a bourse statement.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Tihama offered 10 million shares at SAR 10 each, with a total value of SAR 100 million, in order to increase its capital from SAR 75 million to SAR 175 million.

 

The rights issue was 86.8% subscribed, as subscribers injected SAR 86.78 million in 8.68 million shares, while the remaining rights issue shares were 1702.4% oversubscribed.
