Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) postponed the upcoming general assembly meeting to Oct. 25 from Oct. 7, 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The telco said it decided to remove the agenda item of voting on the formation of an audit committee, as well as its tasks, controls and remuneration of its members for the new three-year term. The decision came after Abdul Aziz bin Mohamed Al-Qahtani withdrew his nomination due to personal reasons.

 

The company will begin electronic voting on the agenda items as of Oct. 21 through Tadawulaty system until the close of the general meeting.
