The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announced today, Oct. 11, the beginning of the subscription period and tradable rights trading for Al Kathiri Holding Co. from Oct. 12, 2020.

 

Rights trading will end on Oct. 19, while the subscription to new shares will close on Oct. 22.

 

Shareholders approved the board's recommendation on a capital increase from SAR 45.21 million to SAR 90.42 million through a SAR 45.2 million rights issue, during the extraordinary general meeting held on Oct. 5, 2020.
