Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. will hold the final presentation on the company’s financial restructuring on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The online presentation will cover the current challenges facing the company, the financial restructuring procedure, the company’s strategic as well as operating plan and the time framework for implementing the plan.

 

Updates will be revealed duly on time, the statement added.

 

On July 1, Dammam commercial court issued a ruling on initiating the company's financial restructuring process under Saudi Arabia’s new bankruptcy law, and appointed Saleh Abdullah Al-Naeem as secretary of FRP, Argaam reported earlier
