Abdullah Al-Rabiah, the General Supervisor of the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Action, said that the current results of COVID-19 vaccine are encouraging, and the Kingdom will be one the first countries to receive the most effective vaccine.

 

Al-Rabiah confirmed that the Kingdom is keen on the fair distribution of vaccine among the countries that fail to provide it for their nationals.

 

The Kingdom has created scientific committees including the best medical cadres to follow up with the vaccine development, and offered a subsidy of $500 million to support the vaccine research, the official said.
