Saudi Industrial Export Co. (SIECO) appointed Alkhair Capital as financial advisor for its upcoming rights issue, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

SIECO will announce when submitting the capital hike request file to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and any future developments that must be disclosed if available, the statement added.

 

On Nov. 9, the company’s board of directors recommended increasing capital via a SAR 129.6 million rights issue.
