Muscat Capital announced appointing Ahmed Al Busaidi (non-independent member) as chairman of Al Mashaar REIT as of Nov. 23, 2020, according to a bourse statement.

 

The board of directors includes Khaled Al-Anqari and Saud Al-Siyari as independent members. In addition, three non-independent members are Abdul Rahman Tolefat, Ahmed Bishri and Ahmed Basudan.
