Alinma Tokio Marine Co. opened the nomination process for membership to board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting June 9, 2021.

 

Applicants can submit nominations from Dec. 28, 2020, until Jan. 29, 2021, as per the regulatory requirements, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The candidacy for membership of the board will be in accordance with the statutory controls, policies, standards and procedures approved by the company's general assembly.
