Middle East Specialized Cables Co.'s (MESC) board of directors accepted the resignation of audit member Yahya Al-Qunaibit on Dec. 29, 2020, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

The resignation, effective as of Jan. 1, 2021, came after Al-Qunaibit was appointed as MESC's chairman.
