Alandalus Property Co.’s shareholders will vote on electing members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year session that starts from the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) date, scheduled for March 8, 2021, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The shareholders will also vote on the formation of the audit committee, defining its tasks, work controls, and remuneration for its members for the new session.

 

The e-voting on the agenda of its OGM will start on March 4, 2021.
