Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. opened the nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting April 27, 2021.

 

Applicants can submit their applications for nomination from Jan. 19, 2021 until Feb. 19, 2021, as per the regulatory requirements, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

The nominated members will be elected during the general meeting, whose date will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
