Ataa Educational Co. will start paying cash dividends for the fiscal year ending on July 31, 2020, as of Jan. 26, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, shareholders approved the board’s recommendation on paying cash dividend at 10% of capital, or SAR 1 a share, for FY 2019/20, during the ordinary general meeting held on Jan. 11, 2021.
