Hail Cement Co.'s shareholders are set to vote on amending bylaws, during the extraordinary general meeting that will be held on Feb. 17, 2021, the cement producer said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will discuss amending Articles 3 and 49 related to the company’s objectives and dividend distribution, the statement added.
