Musharaka Capital Co., the fund manager of Musharaka REIT, announced the resignation of Ahmed Al Owaid, a non-independent board member, effective March 2, 2021, according to a bourse statement.

 

Accordingly, the board includes Ibrahim Al Assaf as chairman, and Jassim Al Rimahi and Ahmed Ismael as independent members.
