Samba Financial Group (Samba) announced the opening of the nomination process for membership to National Commercial Banks’s (NCB) board of directors for the upcoming three-year session, starting May 15, 2021.

 

The announcement follows NCB’s decision to open the nominations process on March 8, 2021, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The new board term will be the first of the combined bank, following the merger with NCB on April 1, 2021.
