SABB says merger with Alawwal Bank complete, all services integrated

Saudi British Bank (SABB) announced on March 14, 2021, the completion of its merger with Alawwal Bank.
All products and services are now combined for all customers, SABB said in a statement to Tadawul.
SABB and Alawwal Bank merger resolution came into effect on Sunday, June 16, 2019, Argaam reported.
