Gulf Union Alahlia Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors accepted on March 21, 2021, the resignation of Munir Hashem Al Borno as chief executive officer (CEO) and managing director (MD), due to retirement.

 

The firm said today in a statement to Tadawul that the resignation will be effective June 15, 2021.
