The Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) announced today, March 30, 2021, receiving a letter from the Public Transport Authority regarding the Cabinet's final approval on the findings of the formed committee to determine the company's assets situation, according to a bourse statement.

 

The committee decided to extend the franchise agreement for one year starting from 01/07/1442 to 30/06/1443 AH.

 

The company's shareholders approved the agreement on Nov. 15, 2020.
