The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented the securities quantity increase for Saudi Ceramic Co. into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, April 4, it said in a statement.

 

Last week, the company’s shareholders approved a 33.33% capital hike to SAR 800 million from SAR 600 million through bonus shares, according to data compiled by Argaam.
