Saudi Tadawul Group announced the launch of the technical innovation company Wamid, and appointed Mohammed Al-Nory as its chief executive officer (CEO). 

 

The move is part of Tadawul's strategy to expand into new areas in preparation for the initial public offering (IPO) process.

 

Saudi Tadawul Group added that the launch of the new company will contribute to the diversity of its business scope and help the company provide innovative technical solutions in different fields. In addition, it will also contribute to the integration of the stock market infrastructure.
