Saudi Printing shareholders to elect new board on April 28

Shareholders of Saudi Printing & Packaging Co. (SPPC) will vote on electing new board of directors for the three-year term, starting from May 7, 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on April 28, 2021.
Shareholders will also vote on forming the new audit committee for the next three-year term and discharging board members from liability for 2020.
They will also vote on the transactions that will be concluded with Saudi Research and Marketing Group, Saudi Research and Publishing Co., Gulf Advertising and Public Relations Co., and Taoq Research and Public Relations Co.
