Debt Management Center closes April domestic sukuk issuance worth SAR 11.7 bln

The Ministry of Finance announced, through the National Debt Management Center, closing the April 2021 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated sukuk program.
The issue size was set at SAR 11.7 billion, and the sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:
- The first tranche, with a size of SAR 3.889 billion, maturing in 2028.
- The second tranche, with a size of SAR 7.824 million, maturing in 2031.
