Ahmed Al Saeed, former CEO of Herfy Food Services 

Herfy Food Services Co.’s board of directors approved the resignation of chief executive officer (CEO), Ahmed Al Saeed, effective as of April 25, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.

The board decision came during a meeting on April 25.

 

Al Saeed will maintain his position as a managing director and a board member until April 30, 2021, the statement added.
