Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’s shareholders approved electing the board of directors for the three-year term, started May 19, 2021, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 19, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

The elected board members are Mohamed bin Abdul Aziz Al-Ansari, Saud bin Thuwaini Al-Shammari, Mohammed Suleman Ali Al-Aoraini, Mansour Abdul Rahman Al-Qahtani, Turki Hamad Al-Jabreen and Mohamed Hammoud Al-Dahmali.

 

According to the data compiled by Argaam , the company announced in April this year that all members of the board of directors submitted their resignation, citing personal reasons.
