Shares of Lazurde Company for Jewelry have their ex-rights today, June 2, 2021, in case the capital increase is approved.

 

Lazurde’s board of directors recommended a capital hike from SAR 430 million to SAR 575 million through a SAR 145 million rights issue.

 

The capital hike aims to boost the company's expansions and provide working capital to help the firm increase its operating efficiency and reduce the debt-to-equity ratio.
