United Cooperative Assurance Co. (UCA) received on June 9, 2021, the Saudi Central Bank’s (SAMA) approval on the appointment of Khalid Hussein Ali Reza as chairman of the board of directors for the current board term, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

UCA also obtained SAMA’s nod on the appointment of Khalid Ahmed Al Hamdan as vice chairman for the same board term.
