Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors accepted today, June 14, the resignation of Yasser bin Abdulaziz Al-Kadi from his position as an independent board member, chairman of the investment committee, and executive committee member.

 

The company said in a bourse statement that the resignation was submitted on June 13, citing special circumstances.

 

The company will announce at a later time the name of the alternate nominated member after obtaining the approval of the authorities and the general assembly, date of which will be announced duly.
