Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co. (SAICO) appointed today, June 20, Khalid Al-Ghurair as an independent board member to fill the vacant position for the current term, which ends on June 24, 2022.

 

Al-Ghurair is a qualified financial professional, with a 28-year experience in audit, financial advisory, pricing, financial analysis and research, as well as financial planning, investments, investor relations and financial communication, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Previously, he held senior positions at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) and stc.
